JON R. POWELL

Jon R. Powell is co-founder of Kravco Company LLC and presently serves as Co-Chairmen of the Board.  Kravco Company LLC, a privately held real estate development, management, leasing and asset management company, was formed in 2011.

Mr. Powell joined Kravco Company in 1993 as Director of Property Management. During his tenure, his responsibility included investment management in the daily operation of the portfolio of properties, managing the relations of Kravco Company with its investors/clients, as well as pursuing new business alliances with new investors and owners. In November of 2003, with the formation of Kravco Simon Company, a new partnership with Simon Property Group, Mr. Powell was named President.

 

Prior to joining Kravco, Mr. Powell operated his own company, L. S. Powell, which specialized in development, leasing and management of commercial properties. When Mr. Powell started in business, he began his business career with Kravco as member of the leasing team where he was responsible for office leasing within the portfolio of properties throughout the country.

 

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and real estate brokers’ licenses.
