PHILLIP D. ISEN

Phillip D. Isen is the Executive Vice President with Kravco Company LLC. He is responsible for the management of Kravco’s portfolio and third-party managed properties.

Mr. Isen began his employment with Kravco in January 2017 as a Financial Analyst bringing his financial background to the Accounting and Management departments.

 

Prior to Kravco, Mr. Isen was responsible for the day to day finance and operations of the I. Brewster & Company Art Gallery in Philadelphia. In addition to his operation activities, he was responsible for buying and selling fine art at the gallery.

 

Mr. Isen’s initial responsibility at Kravco was the renovation of the interior space at The Atrium in King of Prussia, PA providing cost analysis for this project. In 2018 he was promoted to Vice President of Project Management and recently Executive Vice President in November 2019.

 

He is a graduate of the The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he received his B.S. degree in Finance and received his MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
