ROBERT C. BIRKBECK

Robert C. Birkbeck is the Chief Financial Officer of Kravco Company LLC and is responsible for the operation of the Accounting, Administration and Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology Departments.  

Mr. Birkbeck and his staff are responsible for the production of operating budgets, cash flow statements and GAAP and tax basis financial statements. He is also responsible for financial planning and financial structuring of national and international investment opportunities, and oversees technology operations, enhancements and opportunities.

Mr. Birkbeck began his career with Kravco as a Property Accountant, and has held various positions such as Property Controller, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Vice President-Accounting & Finance. In April 2004, Mr. Birkbeck was promoted to Vice President – Accounting & Finance with the newly-formed Kravco Simon Company.

Mr. Birkbeck has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from LaSalle University, and a Master of Management degree from Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Pennsylvania real estate license, has attained the designations of Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) with the ICSC, and is an active member in the community.
